Alpha Sigma Alpha is a National Panhellenic Sorority. Our Gamma Iota chapter at RIT was founded in 1964. Ever since our founding, sisters have been dedicated to fulfilling our national vision "to elevate the influence of women worldwide". We take pride in our academic and philanthropic involvement, as well as the leadership and personal development our sisterhood fosters for our members. ASA was built on the open motto of “aspire, seek, attain.” In addition, we live by our creed to “...love life and joyously live each day to its ultimate good.” We hope to help all of our sisters joyously live and grow by promoting overall positivity, wellness, and encouraging self-confidence.
